Vessels will not be allowed to stop or push in along the Houston Ship Channel during this time.
Gulf Copper A Dock is approximately 1.3NM East of the Pelican Island Bridge.
Galveston Pier 39 T-Head is approximately 0.5NM East of the Pelican Island Bridge.
