Coast Guard Vessel Traffic Service Houton Galveston TX directs no vessel movements in the Galveston Channel from Seawolf Park to Galveston Dock 37 on Saturday, September 21st, from 1000-1200 (local) due to the Texian Navy Day Parade. Seawolf park is located at the mouth of the Galveston Channel and Galveston Pier 37 is located approximately .65 nautical miles east of the Pelican Island Bridge.
Vessels will not be allowed to stop or push in along the channel during the closure.
