Houston Traffic is experiencing equipment failures, effecting VHF communications and CCTV coverage for Galveston, Texas City, Bolivar Roads, the Intercoastal waterway, and the Gulf Fairway Anchorage. Mariners are advised to continue attempting to make contact on standard VTS frequencies (VHF-FM CH05A, 11, 12, 13, 21A).
