Vessel Traffic Service Houston-Galveston directs no vessel movements on the Houston Ship Channel between Houston Ship Channel Lights 70-72 from 1000-1400 (local) on 04 June 2024 due to dredge pipeline operations.
Vessels will not be allowed to stop or push in along the channel during the closure.
Houston Ship Channel Light 72 is located approximately 2.5 nautical miles southeast of the Bayport flare.
