1300 (local) 25MAR26: VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE HOUSTON / GALVESTON DIRECTS NO VESSEL MOVEMENTS IN CARPENTER’S BAYOU AT POWELL INDUSTRIES ON THURSDAY, MARCH 26TH 2026, FROM 1300-1700 (LOCAL) DUE TO ROLL ON OPERATIONS.

CARPENTERS BAYOU IS LOCATED ABOVE OLD RIVER ACROSS FROM HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL LIGHT 131A. POWELL INDUSTRIES IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY .65 NAUTICAL MILES INSIDE CARPERTERS BAYOU.

VESSELS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STOP OR PUSH IN ALONG THE HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL DURING THE CLOSURE.
