1445 (local) 18APR26:  In order to facilitate the outbound transit of the Houston Fleet Week vessels:

Vessel Traffic Service Houston Galveston DIRECTS No Meeting or Overtaking of any Naval Vessels from the City Dock Turning Basin to Sea from 0700-1500 (local), Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026.  This restriction is for ALL vessels to include light boats, work boats, pleasure crafts, Etc.

The Captain of the Port has established a moving exclusion zone of 500 yards around all vessels participating in the outbound transit.  No vessels may enter this Exclusion Zone without the expressed authority from Vessel Traffic Service.
