Another important milestone in Project 11 has been reached. The Houston Ship channel has been widened to 700’ from B-18 to Morgans Point. A copy of CG Sector Houston Galveston MSIB 11-25 is attached for your reference.
Houston Pilots Navigation Safety Guidelines have been updated accordingly with the daylight restriction reference point being moved from B-83/84 to Morgans Point.
