“Wind gust out of the north at 30 kts and Tidal Currents of 2.5 knots on the ebb has been reported on the lower Houston Ship Channel and Galveston Bay. Negative tide levels are expected.
The National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory is extended until 1 AM Monday Morning.
Multiple barge configurations, high-low couplings and vessels with questionable horsepower are encouraged to perform risk assessment prior to transit. Moored and Anchored Vessels verify moorings and anchor for readiness”
