VTS HOUSTON/GALVESTON DIRECTS NO VESSEL MOVEMENTS IN THE UPPER HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL BETWEEN THE SAM HOUSTON BRIDGE AND GREEN’S BAYOU FROM 0700-1200 (LOCAL) THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19TH, 2026 DUE TO PIPELINE AND DIVE OPERATIONS.

NO VESSELS WILL BE ALLOWED TO STOP OR PUSH IN ALONG THE HOUSTON SHIP CHANNEL DURING THE CLOSURE.
