Effective immediately, and continuing until the Carrollton Gauge reaches 12 feet and falling, NOBRA has issued the following restriction:
“Mooring and unmooring operations at all mid-stream transfer facilities and any berth that requires the use of a mooring boat shall be restricted to daylight hours.”
