VESSEL TRAFFIC SERVICE HOUSTON/GALVESTON DIRECTS NO VESSEL MOVEMENTS ON THE TEXAS CITY CHANNEL FROM TEXAS CITY SHIP DOCK 1 TO ACROSS FROM TEXAS CITY SHIP DOCK 32 FROM 0800-1200 LOCAL, WEDNESDAY, MAY 1ST 2024 DUE TO DREDGE PIPELINE OPERATIONS.

TEXAS CITY DOCK 1 IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY .38 NAUTICAL MILES SOUTH WEST OF TEXAS CITY SECURITY ZONE MARKER.  TEXAS CITY DOCK 32 IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY .80 NAUTICAL MILES FROM THAT SAME AID TO NAVIGATION.

VESSELS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STOP OR PUSH IN ALONG THE CHANNEL DURING THE CLOSURE.”
