Good afternoon,

The U.S. Coast Guard National Vessel Movement Center (NVMC) has issued an

update to the Electronic Notice of Arrival/Departure (eNOA) workbook that

will take effect from December 8, 2025 at 2000 to December 9, 2025 at 0700.

Please note the following important information:

All vessels will be required to use the updated eNOA/D (version 8.0)

workbook starting at 0700 on December 9, 2025.

There is no grace period. Due to the nature of the underlying coding

changes, the Ship Arrival and Notification System (SANS) cannot accept older

versions of the workbook after the transition time.

NVMC has posted an information banner on their website with further details.

Port partners and vessel agents are encouraged to ensure their teams and

vessels are aware of this mandatory update as soon as possible.
